Discover one of the most famous wreck dives in the world: the SS Thistlegorm, a British World War II cargo ship that sank in 1941. This is a must-do dive for any advanced diver visiting the Red Sea.

🗺 Trip Overview:
• Departure: Early morning (around 6:00 AM) by boat from Sharm El Sheikh
• Sailing time: Around 2.5 – 3 hours to reach the site in the Strait of Gubal
• Dives: Usually 2 deep dives on the wreck with an option of a 3rd dive.
• Return: Late afternoon

🔍 What You’ll See:
• The massive structure of the ship split into two parts
• Inside the cargo holds: motorcycles, rifles, train parts, trucks, boots, and more wartime supplies
• Lionfish, batfish, barracudas, and sometimes even giant trevallies patrolling the wreck
• The ship lies at about 30 meters, making it ideal for Advanced Open Water divers with wreck diving experience

Base cost of 2 dives (taken from package) for €105 or As individual Trip for €250 without additional supplement charge.

Optional 3rd Dive €35 per dive.

Equipment. €35 / €20 (if taken for 2 days dive package or above).

Dive computer. €5

Requirements

All divers who wants to join our boat trips must have at least 1 beach dive with us on house reef cost €50 including complementary equipment before joining our daily diving trips for evaluation and safety as per the local authorities and diving center internal standards.

Advanced Open Water certification

Nitrox Diver Certification (If Diver not Nitrox Certified we provide SSI Nitrox Course Mandatory during the trip for €125).

Must have a dive computer & dive torch or to rent ones.

Full Egyptian visa valid for at least 1 month.

All divers regardless their level or the experience not been diving for 6 month and up to 11 month a check dive will be mandatory from the beach prior to board our boat diving trips for €45 including complementary equipment.

For all divers regardless their level or the experience who not been diving for 12 month or more a scuba refresher program is required contains 1 dive from the pool then 1 dive from the beach for €125 including complementary equipment.
